We still have a spot or two open on some teams.  Please call us if you were unable to attend the evaluations but are interested in joining RedStar!

*Training will re-start on August 2nd with Cooper's fitness test at Fort Middle School track.Conditioning Training will start August 4th with two a day sessions as follows:

Conditioning week Monday- Thursday (4th-7th August)

Morning session:

(With Gruda and Tony and other available coaches)

8:00 AM to 9:30 AM  boys and girls U12,13,14

9:30 AM to 11:00 AM boys and girls U15/16/17/19

Evening session:

(with team coaches)

6:00PM to 7:30PM-  All U12,13,14

7:30PM to 9:00PM-  All U15/16/17/19

*August 11th. starts regular training schedule (TBA)
